Online Fee payment process
Registration & Login
For paying fee online one time Parent’s registration is required.
Step1: Click on PARENTS LOGIN and click ‘Register’ in the above link
( Registration can be done through Burnpur Riverside School Mobile app also.)
Step2: Enter your ward’s Admission Number and Date of Birth.
Step3: Click on Get OTP in your registered mobile Number.
Step4: Wait one/two minutes for OTP (One Time Password) in your registered mobile Number. Do not click so many times.
Step5: Enter the OTP received in the mobile and create username and password.
( Please remember the username and password for next login )
Step6: Click on Login and enter your username and password.
Step7: Change your password in the first login.
( Change of Password is not required in case of Mobile App.)
The new password should contain at least one upper case, one lower case, one special character, one number and Total more than six characters.
Note: No registration is possible second time. Keep the Login username and password for future online fee payment and print out of Fee Receipt.
To change your password please click on Forgot password option in Parents Login.
If two or more children are studying in the school please create separate login user id and password for each child.
Step1: After login you can see your ward’s details.
Step2: Click on FEES, you will see the details of fee- installments paid and due amount (outstanding amount payable) for the installments (APR, JUL, OCT and JAN). Click on MISC FEES and enter the required amount against Fee Head for paying Miscellaneous Fees. If any mismatch in Fee Due amount please contact the school office immediately.
Step3: Select the due amount from fee due details
Step4: In case you want to pay fees more than one installment, select the quarters (installments) accordingly.
Step5: Click on ‘PAY ONLINE’. You will be guided to the payment gateway.
Step6: Select the Payment Method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking)
Note : Rupay Card is not activated
If you are using Debit Card /Credit Card first time for online transactions
Click Forgot Password option to create password for online transactions.
Enter the OTP received in the Mobile (Registered with bank) if transaction is OTP based.
Charges: Rs.17+GST will be added by the Service Provider for Transaction through Net Banking and applicable charges for Transactions through Debit Card / Credit Card
Step7: Once payment is made successfully, you will be redirected to your login(Please click YES when the Message comes) and you can take printout of the Fee Receipt.
Step8: Parents are requested to send one copy of the Payment Receipt along with duly filled Bill book ( please mention online payment number and payment date on the receipt if payment receipt is not printed ) for counter signature to the Class Teacher through your ward.

If money is debited from bank account and Fee Receipt is not generated, please send an email to email@example.com with admission No. and transaction details for rechecking the status of the payment of fee on the same day.

Note: If you paying through Burnpur Riverside School mobile app please use the same user id and password (of parent web login)
for login. Rs.17 +GST will be applicable for all Net Banking transacations and Chrges NIL for Debit Card and Credit Card Transactions
