The sapling planted in the year 1977 has bloomed into a full fledged  school of plus two level having over 2800 students and over 120 staff members.

Burnpur Riverside School is the only English Medium School in the Burnpur Area run and managed by Burnpur Riverside School Educational Society. It is affiliated to CBSE, Delhi. At Senior Secondary level, students have choice of either Commerce or Science. With many achievements to its credit, its acclaim and fame has reached far and wide.
