Online Fee payment process

Process Flow

> Download the School Mobile App by  CLICKING HERE

> For the FIRST TIME Login:-
1- User Id- Admission No. of your ward (eg. 001/2023) 
2- Password- Admission No. followed by 123 (eg. 001/2023123) 
3- After first login, kindly change the password and henceforth login with the changed password.

> On login the DASHBOARD screen will appear 

> Select the FEES option -> Then select PAY ALL -> Select the quarter(s) for making the payment ->Scroll down the  page and click PAY FEES

> Then it will be redirected to HDFC PG website

>  Enter Debit/Credit Card details or select Net Banking

> Then it will be redirected to the Customer Bank for authentication by OTP/password

> Confirmation of the Payment will be displayed

 

To Pay the school fees from web browser

Payment Process

(Kindly check your internet connection/Mobile Data before proceeding for online payment. Fee payment fails if internet connection goes down during the transaction.)

Step 1: Open the url- https://brsburnpur.edvein.com/ and login with – 

> User ID- Admission No of your ward (eg. 001/2023)

>  Password – Admission No. followed by 123 (eg. 001/2023123) and then change the password.

> From the next time onwards User ID – Admission No (eg. 001/2023) and the Password- the password that has been set by you.

Step 2: Click on Menu -> Quick Links -> Fees -> Fee Payment Page -> Installments to be paid -> Click PAY ALL FEES (on the right hand top corner) -> Select Installment(s) for Fee Payment (QTR1, QTR2, QTR3, QTR4 and others).

Step 3: Click on ‘PAY FEES’. You will be guided to the payment gateway.

Step 4: Select the Payment Method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking etc.)

Note : Your mobile number should be registered with the bank for receiving OTP. Check your Debit Card is activated for online transactions.

Step 5: Once payment is made successfully,  the same will be displayed.

If money is debited from the bank account and Fee Receipt is not generated, please send an email to brsburnpur@gmail.com with Admission No. and  transaction details for rechecking the status of the payment of fee on the same day itself.

Clear Cache of Mobile App/ Clear history of the Browser( Eg. Chrome) , Acrobat Reader/ PDF Reader App. / Software needs to be installed; if PDF Fee Receipt Preview does not show
