Online Fee payment process

Process Flow

> Parent Login

> Select FEE Installment /MISC Fee & check the due amount

> Pay Online

> Redirected to HDFC PG website

> Enter Debit/Credit Card details or select Net banking

> Redirected to Customer Bank for authentication by OTP/password

> Returning to HDFC PG website and Parent Login Page for Fee Receipt

> Print the Receipt and note the online number and date of payment

Registration (one time process) & Login

For paying fee online one time Parent’s registration is required.

Step1: Click on PARENT PORTAL (www.brsburnpur.org/Parentlogin.aspx) and click ‘Register’ (above link)

Note: Fresh Registration is Required for CLASS-11 with New Admission No.

Step2: Enter your ward’s Admission Number and Date of Birth.

(Example:  Admission No.-  005/2018, Date of Birth : 01/04/2008)

Step3: Click on Get OTP in your registered mobile Number.

(Please do not enter the mobile number)

Step3: Click on Get OTP in your registered mobile Number.

Step4: Wait one/two minutes for OTP (One Time Password) in your registered mobile Number. Do not click so many times.

Step5: Enter the OTP received in the mobile and create username and password. If user name already exists give unique user id .

( Please remember the username and password for next login )

Step6: Click on Login and enter your username and password.

Step7: Change your password in the first login.

( Change of Password is not required in case of Mobile App.)

The new password should contain at least one upper case, one lower case, one special character, one number and Total more than six characters.

Note: No registration is possible second time. Keep the Login username and password for future online fee payment and print out of Fee Receipt.

To change your password please click on Forgot password option in Parents Login. To know your user id click Forgot password link and enter the Admission no. and Date of Birth click get OTP . User id (user name) will show in the OTP SMS (on the Registered mobile number in the school.)

If two or more children are studying in the school please create separate login user id and password for each child.

Payment Process

(Kindly check your internet connection/Mobile Data before proceeding for online payment. Fee payment fails if internet connection goes during the transaction.)

Step1: After login you can see your ward’s details.

Step2: Click on FEES, you will see the details of fee- installments paid and due amount (outstanding amount payable) for the installments (APR, JUL, OCT and JAN). Click on MISC FEES and check the due amount for paying Miscellaneous Fees. If any mismatch in Fee Due amount please contact the school office immediately.

Step3: Select the due amount from fee due details

Step4: In case you want to pay fees more than one installment, select the quarters (installments) accordingly.

Step5: Click on ‘PAY ONLINE’. You will be guided to the payment gateway.

Step6: Select the Payment Method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking)

Note : Your mobile number should be registered with bank for OTP. Check your Debit Card is activated for online transactions. If not activated, activate by sending SMS through your registered mobile number in the bank.

If you are using Debit Card /Credit Card first time for online transactions

Click Forgot Password option to create password for online transactions.

Enter the OTP received in the Mobile (Registered with bank) if transaction is OTP based.

Charges: 
Applicable charges will be added by the Service Provider for Transaction through Net Banking and Debit Card / Credit Card

Step7: Once payment is made successfully, you will be redirected to your login(Please click YES when the Message comes) and you can take printout of the Fee Receipt.

Step8: Parents are requested to send one copy of the Payment Receipt along with duly filled Bill book ( please mention online payment number  and payment date on the receipt if payment receipt is not printed ) for counter signature to the Class Teacher through your ward.

If money is debited from bank account and Fee Receipt is not generated, please send an email to brsbnp@gmail.com with admission No. and  transaction details for rechecking the status of the payment of fee on the same day.

Clear Cache of Mobile App/ Clear history of the Browser( Eg. Chrome) , Acrobat Reader/ PDF Reader App. / Software needs to be installed; if PDF Fee Receipt Preview does not show

Activation Status –  Payment Gateway HDFC(CCAvenue)

All  VISA/ Mastercard/Rupay Credit Cards and  VISA/ Mastercard/ Rupay Debit Cards  Activated and Net Banking of all  the banks

Note: If you paying through Burnpur Riverside School mobile app please use the same user id and password (of parent web login) for login and check you are using the updated version of Burnpur Riverside School Mobile App.

Use forgot password link to get user id / password if you have forgotten the user id / password. use the correct format of Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY) and admission no. (AAA/YYYY) for Parent Registration and Reset Password or get User name.
